    How can you get the phone to vibrate when you receive a text? I got the phone today and I cant figure it out. It's confusing. Also, how do you add another alarm? There's only three. Can you add another one?

    I realize it's meant for business people, but is it easy enough to use for a 16 year old? Also, has anyone had any problems with it? And if so, what? Is it a good phone? Oh and I mean for tmobile, not any other carrier.

    And I've already replaced it once. I had to pay the deductible fee for it. If I go to the tmobile store, will they just give me another phone, or do I have to buy another phone at retail price?
