Got a new enV this week over to Cricket, but the darn ringer is not functioning properly. I set the volume to the loudest and play the setting, but when a call comes in, the ringer is barely audible. Is this a programming issue?

there are no drivers for 64bit vista. you need to have a 32bit version of windows to use the data card.
