    When can you start using the seatbelt that is in the car? My sisters friend has a 22 month old daughter and she just puts her in the car seat, not even using the LATCH system, and puts the seatbelt over her.     Complaining of a headache..?

    My daughter is 2 years old and just woke up saying "Head hurt." So I am assuming she has a headache. Is there anything I can do to relieve her? I don't want to give her Motrin unless necessary, so what else can I do?
