I ride it for 20-25 minutes in the morning, 25-30 in the afternoon each day, 5 times a week. Considering the way is about 1/2 uphill, 1/4 downhill, and 1/4 straight.
So that's twice a day, 5 times a week.
This is not me trying to exercise lol, it's my transportation, but still I want to know...
