    For poor service, many are quick to complain, but if you have been given good...

    ...service by a store, restaurant? or other business do you make sure you also send a comment-especially to the person responsible for the pleasant experience? Many stores will recognize that person for the job well done...even if it's an e-mail on the bulletin board.
