I am a charter? I don’t know if you would know but I changed plugs, wires, points, condenser, and ran a compression test. If you know, is there anything else that could be wrong ? I am topping out at 3100 rpm at WOT. When it should be 4500-4600 RPM. I have just done everything I know of. Plus...
