There really are not any wireless stores in the Akron area except for carriers. The only place I know that might have an unlocked N80 is Compusa. There is one off of Route 18 north of Akron. Not sure about the Cleveland area though.
Bought this phone a few weeks ago & had to return it because battery probs...went back when the phone went down 20 bucks in price to get my money....the next week $75 dollar gift card on the phone so i went back again...today its another 30 dollars cheaper...crazy.

Call Customer Service, and they will troubleshoot your phone.
That will take a long time so call from a land line.
That would be my last resort.
If not then they send you another one.
ok the battery is starting to piss me off..... start the day at 8am use maybe 30 minutes max of wi-fi and the battery is 2 bars by 2pm....
now tell me what do you guys do to save the battery
i already have on gsm network only
screen brightness is low
i dont even play games or use the mp3...
