    yes it helps u burn calories. u should ride it at least for 30-40 minutes about 2-4 times a week

    to lose weight? yes it will and if u won't see the results then u need to watch what u put into ur mouth

    well idk about it but i would go with the stuff u eat rather then calories. because u can eat greasy stuff and intake ur amount of calories but u won't lose weight at all cuz all that fat is stored in ur body
