    Hairspray The Movie

I watched it yesterday and it was very good. The storyline was very thin but the fun songs and characters made up for it. The songs are really catchy and the whole audience was tapping along. Everybody started clapping at the end :p It had a few too many songs, but the lead, Tracey, is very...

Films you wish there wasn't a sequel to

The Fly II was a horrible movie that is a needless follow up Cronenberg's classic. Ditto The Exorcist II Eddie Murphy classics Beverly Hills Cop and 48 Hrs had much lesser sequels, and probably should have been left alone in hinRABight. I never really liked Silence of the Lambs sequel Hannibal...

Just saw the new-ish Bronson film

The character is strong and convincing. It's almost flat and predictable though compared to other stories about the same subject, the jimmy boyle story "a sense of freedom" has a lot more depth too it i felt. He too was a prisoner out of control.Except with his story there is a beginning and an end.

    Films that make you cry

The best tearjerker of the last 20 years: 'Jack and Sarah'. Oh, and 'Star Wars: The Phantom Menace' - but for completely different treasons.

    1. get connectable 2. use a listen port between 49152 and 65535 3. if on uTorrent, disable bt.no_connect_to_services (avoiding peers on certain ports to prevent firewalls from giving warnings about uTorrent wanting to send e-mail, etc. is idiotic) If after all that you still can't connect to...

    Single Father - BBC1

I agree, he is vile. In fact, I find most of the characters quite unlikeable. I feel like I need a wash after each episode and I wish I had stopped watching after the first episode really.

Sequels that are better than the first movie.

Actually, I partially take that back. I was in the heat of the moment there. Gambon hasn't ever really been at fault for ruining the Harry Potter series, that fault primarily belongs to Warner. I still feel Gambon is overrated as an actor, but his acting ability is hardly that of a plank of...

    17 Again

I dragged my boyfriend to see it because it looked like a nice way to spend a couple of hours and I really enjoyed it. The cinema was mostly full of older people - in fact we accidently bumped into half a dozen of our frienRAB who had also been to see it (I'm 23!). The guy who played Ned was...
