Only twice: LOTR The Return of the King - everyone gave the movie an applause when the end credits hit the screen. I was bursting to go for a wee so didn't have the enthusiasm to clap (i loved the film). :o I was really into it that i didn't dare get up and go the loo and it was a looong movie...
