    ipod touch 4.0 jailbreak?

    i am currently jailbroken on 3.1.3 and want to use the ibooks so i need to upgrade to 4.0 i am using an ipod touch 3rd gen. i want to upgrade to 4.0 not 4.1 or latter so i can jailbreak. any help.
