...sound and than the lights dimmed.? and car died. we tried jumping battery and only lights and radio come on it won't turn over.it acts like it trying but can't. what is possibly wrong. does it sound like just needing a new battery or what.
...to return my car. can they take it? i live in iowa and had a discharged chp 7. i represented myself. if i needed to return my car i would of been sent court ordered documents saying so correct? if car lot takes car w/o court papers isn't this considered auto-theft?
