    The meat itself is now 2 times 5 lbs so I would cook it according to the timing for 5 lbs and make sure they r not touching each other when baking.

    I made my own homemade tomato sauce for the first time from my garden tomatoes?

    It turned out really good but I find I added too much sugar and it is too sweet.Is there any ingredient I can put in to unsweeten the sauce?I thought vinegar but I am afraid of it causing it to ferment.HELP!!Thanks in advance. jekin,your wife couldn't tell me that before I made the sauce??lol
