Will I lose my 1970 Chevy if I file bankruptcy?
I am in the process of filing bankruptcy, I have a 70 Chevy that I have had since I was sixteen, I can not lose it. I have it as collateral on a loan but I dont owe as much on the loan as the truck is worth I owe two thousand less than the truck is worth. Any advice will be very helpfull.
