    should I get adobe photoshop CS4 or CS5, for video?

    I'm a video student. In one of our classes we used abode CS4 to tweek our videos frame by frame and create title sequences, and do some other things. Do I have this same capabililty in CS5? I heard you can't tweek video like you can with CS4.
