the other day i rolled down the left rear window in my jeep and i wouldnt get it rolled back up. we finally got it pushed up as far as it would go but it still isnt all the way closed. has it just fallen off track? and if so how much would this cost to get fixed?

i have an 02 jeep liberty ltd. i was wanting to put a running board, grille guard, and some ventshades on it but i dont know where to get these and i also dont know what brand would be the best quality. any suggestions?
