    Parts of my body are well toned and others leave a lot to be desired .?

    What am I doing wrong? I'm fourteen and I'm about 5 foot 9 or 180 cm or so and I weigh around 85kg I have quite a good 4 pack ( the top four out of six) but the lower part is still fatty.
