Best is different from favourite, and I'm going to pick me favourties (who obviously are *arguably* some of the greatest guitarists anyway. No particular order... Hendrix - Ooozed Technical ability. Stevie Ray Vaughan - Fantastic Blues guitarist, so easy to listen to. Tom Morello - One of the...

    MusicBanter Compilation 2006

Good man, I've just started having a listen myself. Somewhere, in one of those packages is a song called The Bottle, and possibly in another is a song called La Femme D'Argent which are both really good. The latter is particularly refreshing and soothing. Goin on to some 80's Matchbox Disaster...

    Favorite era of music

I'm familiar with both. Neither represent to me what the jazz greats of the forties and fifties accomplished. Jazz took on a new identity after 1967 and became a characteristically different genre than its early predecessors. I guess people got bored with the improvisational style of jazz...

Poll: Old or New? What do you listen to more and why?

I'd say around 1989-90 is the cutoff point, for several reasons. You've got Guns N' Roses bringing some grit back to rock n' roll, the grunge scene emerging, and Metallica bringing metal into the public consciousness to bring drastic changes about. I'm sure something was going on with hip-hop...

Digimon Adventure 02 on CR and Funi Talkback (spoilers)

Yeah, there really wasn't anything too important going on in this episode. It felt kind of weak and it dragged on a bit too long. Though, I do think that Revolmon was funny throughout the episode. That was one of the few good things about this episode, along with Hikari and Tailmon spending some...

    For or Against Gay Marriage

I think it's more so that Voice of Reason doesn't want 'gay sex' to be accepted in American society because it'll apparently that acceptance will further the spread of AIRAB. Personally I think that same-sex marriage will help to encourage gay monogamy and slow the spread of AIRAB among gays.
