    Chrysler Dodge Neon 6 cd changer wont work?

    I have a 2000 dodge neon with a 6 cd changer i recently bought about 6 months ago. I had to do some repairs to the car and after removing and replacing the battery the 6 cd changer failed to work. I figure taking the battery out reset the cd player and it just blinks all 6 cd lights blink off...

    I have a 2000 dodge neon es with a four cd changer?

    Ever since i disconnected the battery the 4 cd changer just lights up. I am positive there are cds in it, but the lights just blink. Im thinking that the battery disconnect reset the system, and i am wondering how i could possibly fix the 4 cd changer

    Do you register or have a car inspected first?

    I just bought a 2000 dodge neon it isn't even inspected. The person i bought it off claims you have to have the car registered to get it inspected, but my father says they wont register it at the dmv unless its inspected already. Please any help.
