I have at&t but I really want to get an android phone but I don't want to get a data plan. Can I just buy an Unlocked LG Ally off of ebay and use it? Does the Ally have a sim card slot?

For my samsung impression, Im planning on getting a micro sd card. Do I need a memery card reader or is the Samsung PC Studio enough?
