When a contact calls me, the phone does not state their name, it just says "Call" and vibrates with no detail, how do i get it to display the caller's name if it is a contact? Also if I miss a call, even if it was a contact who called, it says (no number) as the caller whose call i missed? Help...

problems can arise? i have an older iphone, but dont like att and was told it can be used with tmobile once it gets jailbroken. someone else told me that because the iphone is always updating that i would have to get it jailbroken after every update. someone please help!
