    Jason and the Argonauts: love the old film and love harryhausen but I would love to see a modern version , especially to see ILM's crack at the walking statue and the warring skeletons.

    No I have not seen it as it not out offically till the 31st of this month. They have only just had the world premiere for it recently so I guess it is out in the UK and the US at the same time. I have seen the trailer recently in the cinema and it looks like a straight to video/DVD film!

    I keep meaning to get the DVRAB of that. It was brilliant- just what television drama should be like. The movie doesn't really appeal. Apparently they really wuss out on a lot of the stuff at the end. Not sure by how much, though.

    No never seen those old ones from the 60's but Gladiator and Dark Knight were only 2 1/2 hours (gladiator extended 171) Still think anything after lets say 3:30 is crazy.
