I don't have a clue on anything about bikes? What is this height appropriate for? I'm looking for Girls bikes, as I am 5'1-2" and I can hardly maneuver large bikes. Thanks.

I'm asking for the summer because there is a lake 5.6 miles away, but I'd also have to bike back so yeah. We're 13/14, so not professional cyclists, but not in bad shape. If you had a backpack would this effect the time?
