    When you say sick, what do you mean? Do you have a fever, sore throat, etc.? You might have allergies and that can cause your immune system to be strained.

    Terrible Back Pain

    I recommend you go see your dr. It sounds like a problem I'm just getting over with my sciatic nerve. I was given pain meds and did physical therapy and lots of massage therapy. The massage therapy and stretches I learned in physical therapy have helped so much. I hope you get better.
