For me it's the other way round. Isabella and Pontus are rather cardboard figures compared to Linda and Stefan especially in the early episodes of series 2. Watched a couple of Wallanders on German TV when on holiday. Unfortunately it's dubbed and loses a lot compared to the original Swedish...
