    i would like more exercise, but i have arthritis and it often hurts like heck....?

    is there some exercise i can do that won't be so traumatic on my muscles and spine? i used to be very athletic - but the arthritis makes it very difficult. i don't want to give up. why don't they have support groups to encourage people like me?!

    i'm trying to get published in better publications - are there any things i could be

    doing? i've had a few good publishing credits, and many more minor ones. i want to publish a good collection of poems soon, but i need better acceptances. could i be doing anything different?
