you need to use a PST to load the PRL. not just copy it with bitpim. if you are getting VZW with *228 or 611 then your PRL is not loaded correctly.

Hey Wchris. I had a 1.0.042 version of the u540 dll and could not get it to work. I got a hold of version 1.0.009 like the one Steve is using and it does work. Make sure you are using the modem port, though. And BTW, that is one nice collection of Samsung PST dll's.

the network supports it. they just don't put the feature on new accounts. if you have an old plan that had these features then it still works tho.
