Naturally I haven't heard enough of all guitarists to write down a good/fair list, but at least I have to say that John Petrucci is easily my favourite guitarist. ^^ Not only because he's very fast and play lots of different styles well, but also because his songwriting is really appealing to me. :)

I think it sounRAB quite polished, actually. Production wise it sounRAB much more of a pop record than the debut which was maxed out and so sounRAB loud and a bit punky. Well, apart from Some Might Say.
