Charlie Whatshisface (Hunnam?) in Green Street is pretty horrific. Other honourable mentions are the Irish accents in PS I Love You, and Ray Winstone in The Departed.

The only really interesting thing about this is apparently they've had 4 attempts to get a PG13 out of the mpaa, and each time the mpaa's rated it R. The eventual PG13 cut will probably be about 5 minutes long!
