I live in Vegas and the coverage is very good. Every carrier has dead spots, but I have yet to find a place in Vegas where my phone doesnt work. As to Chicago their coverage is also very good. I wasn't all over the area when I was there last week, but never had any issue. Their network is huge...

You have it turned around, Ocean did the dub of the first couple of arcs (for Bandai), up until the Gunyu Force episodes, then Funimation took over (because of syndication on Toonami, Cartoon Network wanted more episodes). They went and redubbed the early episodes years later.
