This movie is great fun i feel, and i dont see why it has such bad rep. anyone agree ? or disagree ? plus... dont you think the 48 hours theme tune with the steel drums is one of the best movie themes in history ? just a thought

Don't criticise until you've read the book (and the appendeces)! Much of what tolkien fans remeber to be the "story" of the book is based on the combined memories of the "book" and it's mamoth "appendeces". The film is piece of entertainment, not someting created by a postgrad english...

just got back from seeing this film and it was awsum it takes alot to get me hyped about a horror film but it is well worth going to see it explains all the cracks about the first one with our charecters from Saw and the amazing twists and turns

I think when people don't like a film that everyone else loves they can exxagerate how bad they think it is. I'm sure I do that sometimes!

The Godfather is the better of the two in my opinion although they are both good movies. If you think about it, all the most memorable moments from the series come from the first film. The horses head in the bed, the restaurant assassination, and of course Marlon Brando's inimitable performance...

They were planning to make Freddy VS Jason VS Ash, but New Line couldn't secure the rights for Ash from Sam Raimi, so I'm sure they will be looking for another horror icon to star in a sequal. Maybe it'll be Michael Myers?

Trailer looks good, but I do hope they ditch that wanky rock soundtrack. I'm a massive fan of the original movie, and Harryhausen, but I still think this looks like it could be good. Digging Neeson as Zeus. :D

Mr Brooks. Kevin Costner as a compulsive serial killer with a schizophrenic "other half" played by William Hurt. It's a really clever film that undeservedly died at the box office.

The HBO/BBC series Rome had LynRABey Marshall play a not altogether stunningly beautiful, yet extremely sexy and horny Cleopatra. She could easily have passed as an North African/Greek depending on what you believe, woman.
