    1999 Dodge Intrepid Shift Cable Stuck In Drive. Can't Start it?

    I have a 1999 Dodge Intrepid. Shift lever, and cable have been intermittantly stuck. Recently, it is stuck in Drive, and I cannot start it. I cannot afford to spend a ton of money on this car. Is there a way to start it whilst in Drive? The cable is destroyed by my efforts to get it moving...
