For me personally it's Movie 8, because of the plot and the intense fighting sequences in this one (plus the runtime, kinda nice to see a DBZ movie more than 60 minutes), and Movie 2, because of the awesome action sequences and just the overall pacing and usage of most of the main characters...

What he's doing with Rebuild is certainly better than what Gundam usually does with their movies. The story certainly is going in a different take than the series with some major, major changes down the road.
