    songs that provoke tears

That was a very intimate rendition, especially for being outside. I always tear up listening to Get it Together by the Go! Team. It makes me want to be a kid again.

    Are you in a band?

I don't mind not making money. I used to try and sell music as a career but I realised soon that when money gets involved creativity drops.

Well not sure which album I would choose as the worst. But the song I hate the most is Yellow Submarine.

    Summertime Playlist

Really feeling you on a lot the tracks in your list there, I think I need to get some of them on my playlist! One band I've discovered this summer that will be high on my list is Hurts, a brilliant UK electonic duo. I've loved everything they've done and right now their single Better Than Love...

    Gnarls Barkley

Yeah, in fact I would say Danger Mouse is the biggest reason for their success. Cee Lo's solo stuff isn't very good at all really. He has a fantastic voice, but the beats that Danger Mouse produces make the group.

    Auto-Tune Abuse

Wasn't it Kylie who first got into trouble with early versions of autotuning technology? Anyway - she soon learned how to sing! I agree that dependecy on the technology is very bad for popular music, but it takes a LOT more than being able to sing in tune to be a good singer, and music...
