We have a bunch of American coins in our currency so we all use it like it's ours. I search out stuff for American quarters 'cause I collect them. I'm hoping to get one from all 50 states, so far I have 11, without ever visiting the US. So many fanfics could come of one picture ;) :lol:

That's a good point. Pokemon's demographic isn't those who grew up on the show, but rather those who are watching it for the first time now. Perhaps the writers just don't care because their target demographic just doesn't know any better.

A case of both it seems. By the time these companies got the sense to stream their shows online, most of it was removed from TV and lost a lot of exposure to the expanded audience.
