So for about two months my sleeping cycle has been this:
Go to sleep at around 6 or 7 a.m., sometimes even 8 or 9 a.m.
Wake up around 2-5 p.m.
I've tried staying up for a whole day, and tried to fall asleep early the next day, but I ended up just falling asleep at 6 again.
I've tried going on 3...
