They were of their time and persoanlly I think they were great. Yes they went on about 3 or 4 films too long but the "classics" (Cleo, Cowboy, Khyber, Camping, Jungle top name just five) are a joy to watch. How anyone can sit through the dinner scene in Khyber without laughing is beyond me :)

Rob Zombie's Halloween II is not a remake of Carpenter's sequel. It's a follow on sequel to Zombie's own remake. As for the film, found it to be complete and utter rubbish, as usual with his films.
