You might not be able to download anything because you are waiting in line. One thing that sucks in emule is the waiting. Which is why i only recommend it for broadband users who can leave the program running for long periods of time. As for IP addresses.. I think cable users have dynamic IPs...

The panelists all have notes so they have probably seen the questions and answers before the show to give them time to write some jokes/notes but more than that I suspect they have a list of topics for the standup round and ask the comedians what topic they want, or when...

I have a video to dvd transfer too, its watchable but not as good as a pre recorded video. I didn't know about all the copyright problems, it's a real shame. Recording it off tv is the best bet at the moment but got to hope its on BBC so no adverts.
