    where can i find a charger for my hp laptop that will actually last for years?

    this is my second charger that i went thru now i have to buy a new one again bcuz the wires split.. besides taking good care of the charger which i tried to the best i could, what can i buy to keep the charger secure? or do they sell chargers that protect the wires from splitting? plz help, thanks
