    Flash player has FPS problems?

    I've got no idea how this happened. My other programs work fine on this computer, but the Flash player just can't seem to keep a steady FPS. What could be the problem?

    SAIC, SMFA or BU College of Fine Arts for MFA in graphic design?

    Anybody is a student there? I have never visit to the schools, what are they like and which school's program is best and which one got better environment too? (I've never been to Boston and Chicago). Thanks a lot for your help in advance!
