I recently bought a used '99 Pontiac Sunfire and when I turn on the headlights, the high-beams (and blue high-beam indicator) are always on, and the manual says to pull the signal lever toward me to toggle them off, but doing so seems to do nothing. Am I missing something or is my high/low...
