Rave Master on Sci Fi? Weak. Their are so many better quality properties that they could acquire, that this action is just filled with fail. I suspect that Tokyopop might be having more difficult cash-flow issues with the Bush-Depression economic environment. They probably sold the TV rights...

well, judging by "favourite CD", id imagine only one vote is suitable. ive gone with elephant. i love all of them, but for me elephant has just that bit more class to it. de stijl is definetly second. followed by white blood cells.

Out of that lot, Primal Scream get my vote. Aztec Camera, Josef K, Orange Juice and the Fire Engines are well worth checking out if you haven't already. Classic Scottish post-punk there (except Aztec Camera - they're a bit more power pop than post-punk... kinda).

James Mercer is definitely the sexiest.

CCR was great. They're not Southern rock, either, though. They're from Oakland, California! Okay, so maybe style is what counts, but I think of them more as Americana...like Violent Femmes or the Doobie Brothers, it was really a corabination of American folk, country and rock.
