The market for $1000 phones is very limited, even more so than the market for $700 phones. My own price limit is around $500, and it better be a damn good phone for that price. I can buy a decent enough PC for that, after all.

When you place the E71 on a flat surface you can use two fingers for typing and it is surpising how quickly you can type in this way - nearly as good as the E90 ;-)

Try looking at the SE W995. It's one of the best phones SE has ever released and I know a lot of other members here will agree. It's simple, great built, great camera and battery life too. Not to mention the music quality since it's a walkman phone

I don't know. I've seen the comics and the art style used doesn't "grab" me as much as the animated visuals. I guess if they started out in a different visual style it would be different. My one problem with Gargoyles was that the look of the show varied wildly. BTAS was very inconsistent too...

To get back on topic: Networks do have the unfortunate job of having to second-guess what people might like; that's why shows get canned at the start of the season, the signals weren't read correctly. Ultimately it comes down to how comfortable the network is in risking their hard earned money...
