    How irresponsible is this sort of breeder?

    Not come across anyone like this but the thought just occured to me... Imagine somebody breeds their dog but ONLY does genetic health testing (so no proving the dog in the show ring or whatever). They send all their pups out on spay/neuter contracts too... they'd ALL be pet-quality. So...
