i thought all the acting except for drew barrymore was great,but without her the film would not have been made at all-her production company made it i believe because she loved the story so much,and believed in it the film has layers,and surprises (the kiddie porn dungeon!)and makes you think...

I thought that it was established that this movie would not be a direct prequel to the original Star Trek series, but a reboot to the franchise. If that is so, what does it matter if the cast resemble the original actors or not?

Suggest you do some reading about lyme disease...whenever "nothing" shows up on tests, it should be considered. Keep in mind that most docs don't have the knowledge or the skills to diagnose this condition so seeing a Lyme Literate Medical Doctor is critical...(most tests are not sophisticated...

I know what you mean. I saw The Haunting on tv over 30 years ago and I've never dared to see it again. The only other movies which scared me as badly were Night of the Demon and Quatermass 2.

I too have a Cineworld Card, and I've often taken in a haversack (containing my scarf, umbrella, and an apple :D), and have never been asked to have it searched. I've never bought any of their overpriced 'food' to eat, and never will (except maybe if I was taking a girl to the pictures :D)

Another complaint (:p) - Tonks looked absolutely awful in this film. In the books (and previous film) she always seemed to be attractive, quirky and was one of the main OOTP members......yet in this film she was shown for about 30 seconRAB and looked like a man. Dissapointed.
