I need to remove this tube to access syncronimizer assembly and camp position sensor- but I can't seem to budge it! What are the steps to get it out of the way? Thanks JB

...spins in plastic housing.? I have tried lifting the other end of manifold with ratcheting to loosen bolt to pressure grommet to break free but nothing happened the bolt and grommet still spin freely. I have a blocked injector and gasket problem and really need to get the manifold off.
