Are you using the SmartMovie converter to convert your movies on your PC? They should come out as an mp4 file type, which is supported by SmartMovie.

ya that's what's required for ffmpgx.... mobile divx is nice.. but the main objective is to create files that are HQ that can be shared... the mp4's can be shared with pretty much all phones... +/- the bitrate s603rd mp4's all work on any se's i have and some samsung and moto's
