They could have impounded your car even though your buddy had the sack, they also could have busted you for the oxy/hydro. I'd file a complaint but keep in mind they could have busted your chops a lot more.
so this logic was the kind that allowed the passage of the patriot act and fisa. I personally am not afraid of terrorists because i carry my own protection. Its people like you that are cowards. As ben franklin said "those who sacrifice liberty for security deserve niether."
