K, i want dual exhaust on my car, it's got a 298 v8 engine..its a big old 4 door, but would it sound nice? and how do i do it myself?

Okay the left brake line is gone and they ghetto fixed it by putting a block in or something. The lights and stuff are intact but theres no juice to the dash so they wont go on but one brake light works so is it the bulbs, anyone know where the fuses are, and does the parts store carry the ones...
