    93 pontiac Bonneville 3800 series 2, not gettin 12v to the harness for the coil packs?

    injectors and all the other wires in harness are gettin 12 volts, nothign at the coil pak hook up, is a relay or something bad, i only get 1 volt when i turn the key forward, my friends same engine get 12 volts to it, please help on this anyone if you read up on it, some 93's have obd 2, this...
